Primary Objective/Scope: Acts as liaison to resolve customer issues in an efficient, effective manner while providing excellent customer service as well as assisting with financial reporting.

 

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture
  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers and outside customers and vendors
  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS' Code of Conduct
  • Resolve customer lease issues such as billing, invoice issues and questions, lease returns.  Work with Sales Mgr, Warehouse and Leasing (internally or externally) as needed to reach resolution
  • Coordinates 3GS deals through Valuequix and termination of Xerox contracts
  • Handle out-of-state placements with Global "sister" companies
  • Act as "go-between" with Logistics and Sales related to machine pickup
  • Supports management with ad-hoc analysis of operating results to assist the decision-making process
  • Participates in a wide variety of special projects and compiles an assortment of reports as requested

 

 

REQUIRES SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or minimum Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance with two to three years of experience working in the accounting/finance field
  • Must possess solid analytical, communication and technology skills; strong technical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs – specifically Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task variety of assignments while working under non-negotiable deadlines; strong attention to detail, with demonstrated math aptitude
  • Must maintain confidentiality of information, and be very dependable due to the time-sensitive tasks that occur on a regular basis
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with a willingness to work well with others on a regular basis
