Job Title: Major Account Sales Consultant

Reports To: Major Account Sales Manager

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

 

Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds overall sales quota of $900,000 annually.
  • Analyze account and territory business to identify opportunities, objectives and action plan for new business.  
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of Integrity One Technologies products and services
  • Develops new relationships within current accounts by leveraging leads from within accounts
  • Conduct 10-12 account reviews each month
  • Effectively handle pre-and post-call Needs assessments.
  • Reviews each month's performance and revises goals accordingly
  • Effectively plan weekly sales activities that focus on top prospects.
  • Maintain an accurate and current list of account activities –
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management and internal reps to quickly resolve issues, seize opportunities and maintain good working relationships.
  • Communicate with Market Manager and properly submit all related paperwork in a timely manner.

Account Management:

  • Develop a network of resources in each account.
  • Contact each major account at least _2 times, per contact per quarterly
  • Has a fully developed sales strategy for each major account
  • Act promptly on all client requests
  • Proactively heads off problems with key accounts
  • Effectively manages time through careful territory planning
  • Takes responsibility for problem resolution

 

Qualifications:

  • Ambition and excellent work ethic are a must for this position
  • BS/BA degree in business or other related field
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
  • Excellent communication (oral and written and presentation skills)
  • Proficiency using MS Office, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the internet for research
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
